Baltimore County has some pretty tight requirements on what they do and do not accept for recycling…do you think they’d take me?
Mommy and Daddy got a new recycling garbage can since effective 2/1/10, Baltimore will no longer accept recycling in any plastic bags(seriously, WHAT are we gonna do with all those bags we have?)….and I had a ton of fun playing in it.
