Easter Egg Hunt 2011

Good day to hunt for eggs, plastic ones. Dad took me down to First and St. Stevens to do an egg hunt. We were allowed to find 6 and well, I did not stick to that. I found like 20 and dad kept re-filling the eggs and throwing them back for the other kids to find. Turns out several other dads were doing the same thing. I got a bunch of rubber bands, stickers, and fake chickens. I even got to recycle my Halloween trick or treat bag to collect my eggs! Sweet!

Nice day at Oregon Ridge

It’s been a really cold an yucky winter so when it’s the littlest bit nice outside, I wanted to take advantage. So Susana and I went to the playground and then to Oregon Ridge. We had lots of fun at the Nature Center playing with turtles. It was clear from these pictures that my hair was getting out of control so daddy took me for a haircut later.

Riley is born!

Yippee! So glad she is finally here. I have to say though having her put on my lap in the hospital then cry was not as much fun as I thought. I put an end to that like immediately. I was far more enthusiastic on the automatic bed!! Now that was killer. I will let this post go to Riley on her site but I had to put this one up of me and mommy in the hospital bed. That bed was sweet man.

Cool bubble machine

So we took a last minute trip to the science center today with aunty JJ, uncle Nik, Sam, and dad. Mom stayed home. We totally rocked that place out! This time we saw a really cool bubble machine. This thing was as big as I was. It was so big dad was able to get a photo of me, Nik, and Sam in the same bubble. I love bubbles.

Baby presents for the not-so-babies

Clearly dad is out of the loop because he was the only one who had no idea that both Sam and I were to have presents prior to the birth of baby Riley. Uh, duh! Who does not know that? I mean really. Well turns out that mom and aunty JJ think alike with the Darth Vader thing. Random presents are awesome.

Ice cream never gets old

Dad tried to power wash the deck today and failed when he found out the power washer was broken. He found out that the hardware store was closing in 5 minutes so off we went, as fast as we could go. Dad literally dragged me down there. To make up for it he bought me ice cream. It was gooood. I tried to jump around on the table of course and scraped the heck out of my face on the cement bench. Mom was not thrilled with dad but who cares, hey I got ice cream!
