Thanksgiving is upon us and that means family, family, family. Grandma and grandpa came on down for the week and did their worst to spoil the heck out of me. It was a very good week indeed. Here is the highlight reel in photo form…

Tiring grandpa out via bike
Dad is somewhat used to the biking experience. He likes it a lot and is trying to get me into it. So far, so good. It was an uncharacteristically good day today so a bike ride was a fabulous idea. Grandpa wanted to give the captain role a shot so he put me on the back. Dad got on his bike and manned the iPhone role. Oddly enough I enjoyed this ride a bit more than normal. Perhaps dad just got a new vantage point. (yeah, that’s it).
Grandpa managed to make it a whole 5 miles. We were all very impressed. : )

Playing with bubble wrap
So mom and dad got a painting that was shipped to them in the biggest box I have ever seen. And to protect that painting there was the most amount of bubble wrap I have ever seen. Literally a big old pile. Let’s just say, I had fun. Given mom and dad’s good luck this came the day after garbage came so it was hanging out in the living room for a week. Here is what it looks like.
This happened Oct 16 but we lost it on the camera.

Mommy’s Weekend
Daddy decided to fly to San Diego for a boys weekend/Jeremy Camhi’s wedding, so mommy and I had a big weekend planned. Mommy and Wheelie took Sam and I to PORT DISCOVERY! That place is unbelievable….it’s like Disney world…but in Baltimore. I played at the grocery store, in the ball pit, I listened to a weird lady sing songs with a chipmunk sidekick. Sam and I had a great time. Then we went to Auntie JJ’s and Uncle Nik’s and slept over. Mommy got to catch up on her Friday Night Lights(damn DirecTV) and I got to play with all of Sam’s toys. All in all a good weekend. The only bad thing was that I lost Ellie at Giant the next day. Luckily mom had a backup! Too bad daddy missed all the fun!

Random video byte
Due to another technical error, this happened November 1, not November 6
Ok seriously this technical crap is getting old. So once again, our dates are off. Bummer. So this was just a random night at the house that dad had the trusty old iPhone out and we got this on film. I sort of found out just how handsome I am when I look in the mirror. Yes, I am the best looking guy here if I do say so myself. Nothing major here, just a night at home.

A ghostly Halloween
Due to a technical error this happened on October 31 and not November 6
So dad has been experiencing some technical difficulties with this blog thing. What’s the deal man? The timestamp is just not working. Who the heck has to blog on the night it happens anyway? Don’t they know parents have things to do?
At any rate, Halloween yet again. Wow how fast a year goes by eh? While I can’t say mom and dad went crazy on the costume this year like they did last year, it was a really fun costume. Let’s break down the ingredients: one king sized pillow case, one pair of scissors, 15 minutes of laughing at me trying to pop my arms out after a head hole was cut but no arm holes, and a tube of white face paint. By the way, dad and mom are jerks for laughing at me that whole time. In the end, voila! Ghost.
The gang was all here and candy everywhere. Candy, goooood. Bath to clean up face paint, not as good. Here were the highlights.

Hitting the gym
Due to technical difficulties this occurred Oct 11 not November 4.
So I went to my first birthday party today and it was at a gymnastics place. I will spare you the details and cut to the chase; the foam pit is literally the best place on earth. Dad actually got a kick out of how high/far he could throw me and leave me unharmed. Seriously, I got air. A HUGE pit of foam blocks and dad tossing me into the air; seriously, how much better could it get? Past that I ran a few obsitcle courses, a lot of trampline, and just in general a hugely good time. Hey, a room padded floor to ceiling with this much to do, seriously I couldn’t script this. Why have I not been here before?
