  • Doing the dishes

Mom and dad are bent on “training me for future usefulness”. Not quite clear on what that means yet but I really like doing the dishes.

  • Juggling

Every once and a while, dad surprises me. This time he juggled limes. Seriously, I have never seen anything so cool. So, of course I had to try. I thought I nailed it to be quite honest. You tell me…

  • Re-arranging REI

So while mom and dad absolutely love REI, I absolutely love to take products from one shelf, and put them somewhere else. Does not hurt when that something is an incredibly blinky light thing for dad’s bike. Dude, I had like 20 of these things blinking at once. Dad was laughing. So was I.

  • Thanksgiving 2010

So another plane ride (another one to Florida nonetheless) but this time great. We got to go to uncle Dick’s house. The plane was fun, we got the bulkhead. That was cool. Then we got there we just did nothing but had fun the whole time. I got to ride a golf cart around a few times. Dad even let me drive! Then we had a great Thanksgiving day dinner by the pool. Dad said it is something he can get used to having Thanksgiving shorts after a day in the pool. Mom told dad not to hold his breath. Then she laughed. I also got to see the turtles! Dad took me to a turtle sanctuary. I got to go turtle nuts for a few hours. In other words, I saw tortugas all day. Lots of fun. Didn’t get the bulkhead on the ride home but that’s ok. Everyone got home easy and no incidents to report. In other words, no fits, no tantrums, and even though it was a long day, we all seem to have had a wonderful time and a great holiday.

    Mom’s Post

This was a big year for Thanksgiving! We decided to fly to Florida with all of Mommy’s family to visit uncle Dick! We stayed in an awesome hotel and got to eat out the whole time. I got to go swimming in the pool in November! The weather was really nice and sunny. I wanted to go out on the boat, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time. The only bad part was that we had to get up at 4am to catch a 6am flight home on Saturday. That was a little bit of a rough trip and Daddy whined about it for 24 hrs straight. Thank goodness for the ipad though!

  • Gym class wraps up again

And so we find ourselves at the end of yet another session of gym class. This thing is killer. I love it. The good news is that it only ends for a bit then it goes back early next year. I can’t wait. If this keeps up though, I might actually become a gymnast. For now, I am just nuts about the trampoline.

  • Showing off little sis

So mom and dad have been really trying to explain what’s going down to me. This was the show off of the ultrasounds. That thing growing in mom is pretty wild. Can’t wait to finally meet her.

  • Ironman!!

So this was really big weekend for a lot of reasons.  First of all….I took my first ROAD TRIP!  Mommy, Daddy and I drove down to North Carolina. It was a 7 hour drive.  Thank goodness for the iPad.  I got to watch Dora, Diego, & Roar for almost 7 hrs straight.  Then I played puzzles for the rest of the time.

Of course, you want to know WHY did we drive to North Carolina….well, that’s because Daddy was competing in an Ironman relay(the bike) of course and Uncle Ryan was competing in the full Beach2Battleship Iron Distance Triathalon!  Yup, that crazy guy swam 2.5 mile swim, a 113 mile bike ride and a 26 mile run! CRAZY MAN! It was unbelievable.  He did such a good job and we wanted to cheer him on.  Daddy was on a relay team w/ Lance & Charlie.  Charlie did the swim and Lance did the run.

While they were all going crazy w/ the exercise, I was walking all around Wilmington with Mommy, Grandpa, Aunt Rhonda and Beth.  We had lots of fun but it was a LONG day.  I didn’t go to bed until after 9pm.  Craziness.  We had a lot of fun and took a lot of pictures.
