Dad always says safety first. That is why when he had his drills out I took a prime opportunity to get a lesson on drills. When the first one jostled me, dad gave me the quick and dirty on how to extract a drill bit from wood when stuck. Second try, no problem man. I got this.
I am ever growing fond of the bug. Dad and I found this one on the way to the pool. Dad will tell me this later in life that he wouldn’t touch that thing with a 10 foot pole but for today, he was all over this.

I started camp this week! I go 3X a wk for 3 hrs a day for 5 weeks. It’s really fun! I play in the water, do arts and crafts and make new friends!!! My camp is called Beth tfiloh. It makes me really tired though. Mommy says that’s a good thing. It’s getting me ready for school.
Sometimes it is the little stuff in life. This is how excited I get over seeing lobster in the grocery store. This trip we didn’t even get to see them. Seriously I get psyched. (May 1)
Seriously, mom killed it on this one. She was walking and found a scooter that was street bough, read: FREE! She brought it back and man, I was impressed. This thing is killer. You gotta see this. Video is the only way to adequately explain this. (May 7)
So there have been a few moments in the history of our lives here at casa de Hampton that stand out. This was one. This is why dad can’t believe we didn’t put this up earlier. That being said, dad and mom were laughing so hard I had to just laugh. Here is the scene: mom and dad put me to bed circa two hours ago. Then, they hear a faint rustling upstairs. Mom investigates. Mom cries out for dad. Dad runs upstairs. Hilarity ensues. In short, I decorated the heck out of my entire body. This one is from May 13

We bring kids to both of their annual brunches. Seriously, this is some good stuff too. They have an ENTIRE TABLE of desserts. Guys, here is a tip… eat a bite of eggs, a bite of french toast, and 200 tiny desserts. Oh yeah. The better part is a total inner harbor fest after. I finally got to see the dragon boats. Oh man, so cool.
