I climbed up on my own and went down twice before they got the camera over to me. Dad said he was just happy to have caught it on his camera.

So they just invented a new toy called a Sit N Spin.  I got it a while ago but Mommy didn’t think that I was big enough for it yet.  Well, her hiding spot was pretty pathetic(underneath the bed in the guest room) and I found it and put it together all by myself.  Then I showed Mommy and Daddy how to use it.  It was a lot of fun until they started to harass me and then I got annoyed and had to take a break.  They’re just jealous that they didn’t have such a good toy when they were little!

Well, I don’t know if you all remember, but I have been dating my girlfriend Evangeline since I was about 4 mths old(10/2008, if you want to look at the post) and she was about 7 mths old.  Well, even though our parents thought that some separation would do us good, all it did was solidify our love for each other.  Absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that.  So this weekend, after some serious begging and pretty expensive phone bills, our parents decided to let us spend some quality time together.  Evangeline and her parents came down and we all went to Port Discovery together to see the Curious George exhibit.  I have to say, Evangeline handled it a little better then I did.  But we had a lot of fun and got to play in the water and run around and  even go on a scary rope bridge.  We ended the day w/ some quiet snuggle time while watching Dora, of course, she likes it as much as I do.  I was sad to see her go…but I’m starting to wonder if I am meant to be a one woman guy.  I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.  Until the next time….

I think that it’s clear that I take after Daddy in looks and now it seems like I may have his artistic ability as well.  Susana got me a Dora the Explorer watercolor book and I had a LOT of fun painting outside.  Based on the end result, it’s possible that I may be on my way to being the next Picasso.

Ok, that’s a little misleading.  This weekend was B B & B and daddy, Uncle Nik and Auntie JJ went to have some fun.  Mommy decided to stay home w/ Sam and I and have some fun instead.  So we went to Fields for lunch w/ Wheelie and had swamp juice(aka choco milkshakes) and then played around the house for the rest of the day. Sam was showing me how to grow up big and strong by using our weight machines.

I just had such a great day.  Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Nik, Auntie JJ & Cousin Sam and I all went to the Hampton National Historic site to spend the day outside in the sun!  it was really warm and sunny and I got to run around ALL DAY LONG!  Auntie JJ got me a spring basket and i got lots of fun toys.  mommy got one for Sam too, so we played w/ bubbles and candy and everything.  Then we came home and daddy had to water the lawn so I figured it was time for a little cooling off.  I was VERY tired by the end of the day so I read my new book from Auntie Christine and went to bed(after watching Dora, of course).  Ahhh…i love spring!
