  • Helping dad at the frame shop

    Dad finally got around to decorating his new office; well getting the frames done anyway. Mom wanted to stay home today and chill so dad packed me up to go along. Needless to say a frame shop has literally dozens of things I can get myself into. Frame store owner not so thrilled with me I am sure but she did give me a box of letter magnets; which I then tried to eat. (again, not so thrilled).

  • Off to Belvedere Square

    We are definitely still getting used to the new hood. The advent of summer though has brought a few transitional activities that certainly aid in this transition. One such event is the Friday night extravaganza at Belvedere Square. Essentially this is just a fancy strip mall near the house with some really great stores in it (indoor market, wine store, etc) that closes down the parking lot every Friday and has a band, food, beer, etc. Big kid event and big dog event. So off to dinner we went. A little sangria, a little white wine, a little picnic. Great way to find yourself enjoying a Friday.

  • Where have you been hiding these my whole life?

    So when grandpa and grandma came a few weeks ago grandpa put in the sprinkler pipes so that the yard can officially go on auto pilot. A minor glitch in the system had dad out there for a bit to fix it. I subsequently found the sprinkler. WHOA! What a trip this was. I had a blast. Mom was not thrilled with the ensuing soaking but hey, summer is made for these things I would presume.

    Fanny takes me to the park

    Fanny is now on the job full time. She certainly keeps me busy. This was one of what is sure to be a lot of day outings. This one was to the park. Just wanted to show you how happy I was to be in my car.

  • Grandpa Shelley and clan BBQ

    Granddaddy and Grandbecky were heading out tomorrow so the fam got it together for a BBQ at our house. The weather was super fantastic so we all ate and hung out on the back patio. I really loved these pipes mom and dad kept around for me to play with. Also, mom got sidewalk chalk so dad and I had a pretty good time with that too. BBQ was a huge success and everyone had a good time.

  • First time at the aquarium

    The Baltimore aquarium really is a cool place. Dad is a little sick of it seeing as it never changes really. However it was time to get me out there. I really liked the bubbles man. They were sweet. At any rate, we made it through. Grandpa Shelley and crew were there to help out. Cousin Sam, and well, you get the point. Everyone went. Dad just got the new iPhone so he was playing with the video feature. He realized there was no real video of me cruising around yet so folks, here it is.

  • Mowing the lawn

    I happened to be outside one day when dad was mowing the lawn getting ready for grandpa Shelley to come up when the noise of the lawn mower got a bit much for me. Dad took me down a notch by carrying me all over the yard while he mowed. Somehow just chilling with dad the noise a lot less confusing. Pugsly and Wednesday were a bit confused by the noise too but dad couldn’t carry all of us!

  • Takin’ the buggy for a spin

    Takin’ the buggy for a spin

    As you can see from the post a few days ago the birthday yielded a few presents. This one needed to be taken out for a spin. Served two purposes actually. One, mom and dad wanted to check out the pool scene. There was a LOT of folks cruising around down there actually. Quite a surprise indeed. Two was the spinning of the new ride. Dude, this thing has a cup holder and a seat belt. Cup holder for my sweet water bottle, seat belt to keep me seated as I am not a huge fan of sitting still these days. Sweet ride for sure. If we get the pool thing rolling too perhaps this new ride will get me a few introductions to the ladies.
