So eventually dad (who is claiming to be the mastermind behind this blog site in general) had to have some cute pics of he and I included here. Who does he think he is? Seriously, this is my site and no one else’s. Clearly he is crazy. He thinks he runs this show? I don’t think so. I will let him have this one though as he is really nuts. Although these were taken 10/2 I am just getting around to posting them. (hey, you see how flippin’ cute I am? I have some serious social requirements here).

Garlic Festival 2008
So today was b-e-a-u-tiful. Quite amazing really. Short sleeve shirts and no blankets for me. (and the folks too). My insatiable urge to eat everything in sight kept us in the house for the first half of the day but enough is enough already, the day is amazing and winter is upon us so we have to get out when we can. What better way to do that other than the Hoboken Garlic Festival.
Like a zillion varieties of garlic and sauces, etc to try. YUMMY! Well, dad enjoyed it anyway. (Mom probably won’t later tonight). Good times on the walk. Ran into aunts Liz and Jami, uncle Chris and Jack/Aidia who were all also strolling around town. ‘Twas the day. Then home for some blue garlic mashed potatoes and chicken. Off to bed and we start again.
Funny, on the way home, we saw this house too. I think someone is a wee bit confused.

Yom Kippur 2008
My first Yom Kippur! Yeah. I compiled a list of things that I intend on doing better for next year…
[1] Will not throw up on mommy, [2] Will not scream bloody murder for the entirety of the trip, [3] I will try to fast for next year (only made it to 7:05 am this year, not too good).
Broke fast at the Berman’s house (Sarah’s friend Dori’s parents) and it was splendid. Here are a few shots of the day. Nothing eventful really but it was my first you know.
Also, guess what, I turned 4 months today too. Yee haw.

Grandpa’s Last Walk (before they went home)
So after a 10 day stint here in Hoboken grandma and grandpa had to go back to their house. So we packed up the harness, bundled up the baby (me that is) and off we went for the last evening walk of the trip. Quite ceremoniously, we found a UPS truck where we could pose for a quick candid. Apparently, grandpa had been looking for this shot all week but we were unable to acquire it. Glad to have been able to get this in. Aside from the truck, how funny do I look? These walks are amazing. I don’t think I am going to like winter much.

My first babysitter
Well the day had to come when mom and dad were “allowed” out of the house alone. Tonight was that night. So after much toil and a few weeks of procrastination on mom’s behalf (she was “researching” various babysitters. I say she was putting off having to leave me with a stranger!) we got Sandy. Yeah.Turns out, I was perfect. She didn’t hear from me once the whole time. Lucky girl. Dad and mom went to Sabor for dinner with Ken and Lauren and then off to a movie (Someone and Nora’s infinite playlist). Dad got food poisoning and was sick all night. Fun stuff. That will teach them to leave me alone!Related Images:

Shots anyone? Insurance is buying.
So we are at the doctor’s now getting some vaccines. Yummy. Nothing like a little DTaP and tetanus to get the day rolling eh? I won’t be taking a follow up pic today as it won’t be as pretty but I did grow a bit. 25″ long and 13.4 ounces. Not a big as mommy and daddy’s predictions of 14 oz. Oh well.

What would I look like with earrings like daddy?
Well that is a mighty fine question now isn’t it. Prior to going to MD for the night to grandma’s house mom and dad decided to torture me a bit and find out. I tried to shake my head all around to shake this off but dad was able to get this picture off before I could accomplish that. Although I really must say now that I am looking at it, not too shabby!
