I was showing Riley today how to do a sit-up. It is actually harder than it looks! Apparently you aren’t born with stomach muscles. Who knew?

Towson Tavern
We decided to visit friend Dan before he left his job here. Good food (although I admit I get the same thing all of the time so don’t take my word for it). Mostly I watched my iPad while everyone else talked.
